Ingredients
6 sweet apples
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tsp coconut oil
2/3 cup oats
2/3 cup pecans
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Chop and sauté apples with cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
3. Blend oats, pecans, coconut oil, honey, and water into crumble.
4. Layer apples in pan, top with crumble mixture.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
6. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Swap pecans with walnuts or seeds for nut-free.
Use maple syrup instead of honey for vegan option.
Add pears or berries for variety.
